WASHINGTON, April 8 -- Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
Today, former President Donald Trump said that abortion rights should be left to the states. Trump has previously bragged about installing extreme right-wing justices who overturned Roe v. Wade, said that there should be punishment for women who get abortions if they become outlawed, and recently suggested he'd support a 15-week federal abortion ban.
