SYRACUSE, New York, April 9 -- Syracuse University issued the following news:
A composer-organist pair of graduate students in the College of Visual and Performing Arts' Rose, Jules R. and Stanford S. Setnor School of Music received a $1,000 grant from the American Guild of Organists (AGO) to compose and perform a new piece for organ. Composer Ryan McQuay Meredith and organist Joseph Maxwell Ossei-Little were among four pairs selected for the grant from the AGO's Student Commissioni . . .
