WASHINGTON, April 9 -- Rep. Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) joined Congressman Tom Emmer (MN-06) to introduce the Firearm Due Process Protection Act. This bill provides recourse for law-abiding Americans who were improperly denied the ability to legally purchase a firearm because of administrative errors made during a background check.
