CHARLESTON, West Virginia, April 9 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on April 8, 2024:
Lydia Spencer, 33, of South Charleston, pleaded guilty on Friday, April 5, 2023, to conspiracy to commit bank fraud.
