FORT MOORE, Georgia, April 5 -- The U.S. Army's Fort Moore issued the following news:
U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Harold G. Moore once said, "The discipline that makes an effective leader begins in the home." This ideology is the foundation of the Maneuver Center of Excellence's new program to recognize and reward the ethical behavior of Fort Moore's personnel at the home of Armor and Infantry.
