NEW YORK, April 5 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Galfa, a subsidiary of Motier, on Carrefour's Euros365 million reacquisition of 25 million shares, representing around 3.5 percent of its share capital.
The deal is part of Carrefour's Euros700 million share buyback programme in 2024. Following the transaction, Galfa's stake in Carrefour will represent 10.53 percent of its capital and 14.5 . . .
