NEW YORK, April 5 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Meyer Burger Technology AG, a leading manufacturer of premium solar modules and solar cells, on a capital increase with gross proceeds of CHF 206.75 million.

White & Case also advised Meyer Burger on agreements with Sentis Capital and DESRI to exercise certain subscription rights, to potentially acquire subscription rights in the marke . . .
