LAS CRUCES, New Mexico, April 3 -- The New Mexico State University Foundation issued the following news release:
A new flash fundraising campaign kicks off this month to commemorate the founding of New Mexico State University in 1888 by raising donations to support the future of the university.
Founders Day: 1888 Minutes of Giving will be held from 10 a.m. April 23 to 5:28 p.m. April 24, a continuous 1,888 minutes of fundraising to support 24 different programs at NMSU . . .
