CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, March 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina issued the following news release on March 29, 2024:
A Gastonia, N.C., woman pleaded guilty today to wire fraud for fraudulently obtaining $125,317 in COVID-19 pandemic relief loans, announced Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina. Kelly Bree Mosley, 48, entered her guilty plea before U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan C. Rodriguez.
