N.M. U.S. Attorney: Woman Facing Federal Charges for Murdering Her Two Young Sons

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, March 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Mexico issued the following news release on March 25, 2024:

A woman is facing federal charges for murdering her two young children on the Isleta Pueblo. Mariah Zuni, 32, of Isleta Village, appeared in federal court for an initial appearance today and will remain in temporary custody pending a detention hearing, which is scheduled for March 27, 2024.
