WACO, Texas, March 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas issued the following news release:

Shrieve Chemical Company, LLC, a Drug Enforcement Administration-registered importer and distributor of listed chemicals, has agreed to pay $300,000 in civil penalties to resolve allegations that it violated provisions of the Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. Sec.Sec. 801 et seq.
