SYRACUSE, New York, March 25 -- Syracuse University issued the following news:
Syracuse University Libraries recently signed a new 'read and publish' open access agreement with the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC). This agreement will expand the reach of Syracuse University researchers' scholarly contributions by enabling all University-affiliated authors the ability to publish their work open access in all 57 RSC journals at no charge to them.
