The Open Space Institute today announced the completion of improvements to a 650-foot section of the Ontario and Western ("O&W") Rail Trail, including the replacement of a pedestrian footbridge. The project enhances public recreational access in a section of the O&W Rail Trail that is also part of New York State's Long Path, a 357-mile hiking trail extending from New York City to Albany Count . . .
