WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Mark Alford, R-Missouri, issued the following news release on March 19, 2024:

As first reported by Politico, earlier today, Congressmen Mark Alford (MO-04) and Jim Costa (CA-21) introduced a bipartisan resolution to officially recognize March 19th as National Agriculture Day.
