Today, Rep. Dean Phillips (D, MN) voted against H.R. 7521, a bill to require the Chinese company ByteDance to sell TikTok to an American or allied company or face a nationwide ban.
"As members of Congress, it's our duty to ensure America's national security and our collective personal security - and the risks of misinformation and misuse of personal data is subject to malign . . .
