TOPEKA, Kansas, March 16 -- Gov. Laura Kelly, D-Kansas, issued the following news release on March 15, 2024:

Governor Laura Kelly today signed Senate Bill 195 (https://www.kslegislature.org/li/b2023_24/measures/sb195/), authorizing the Kansas Children's Cabinet to establish a nonprofit corporation to receive donations, gifts, grants, and engage in fundraising activities for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.
