NEW YORK, March 15 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Valmet Corporation on its debut issuance of Euros200 million 4.000% senior unsecured green notes due March 13, 2029.
The notes are issued under Valmet's newly established Green Finance Framework and will be listed on the list of sustainable bonds of Nasdaq Helsinki. Danske Bank and Nordea acted as joint lead managers for the issuance.
