WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Rep. Jodey Arrington, R-Texas, issued the following news release:

Today, Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) issued the following statement after the House passed the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act (H.R. 7521), which would require TikTok's Chinese Communist Party (CCP) controlled parent company - ByteDance - to divest from TikTok:
