N.D. U.S. Attorney: Minot, ND Woman Pleads Guilty to Federal Firearms Trafficking

FARGO, North Dakota, March 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of North Dakota issued the following news release on March 11, 2024:

United States Attorney Mac Schneider announced today that April Bergman of Minot pleaded guilty today to firearms trafficking and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

According to court documents and statements made in court, from on or about June 25, 2023 to July 9, 2023, Bergman received a Sig Sauer Model P365 9mm . . .
