JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, March 12 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news on March 11, 2024:
WASHINGTON - The Defense Department has amended its policy covering assisted reproductive technology services to expand access for severely ill and injured active duty service members.
