WASHINGTON, March 8 -- Rep. Burgess Owens, R-Utah, issued the following news release:
Rep. Burgess Owens (UT-04) helped introduce the Safe Passage on Interstates Act, legislation to criminalize any intentional obstruction of highways that occurs without proper authorization.
