NEW YORK, March 8 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised joint bookrunners BofA Securities Europe SA, DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, ING Bank N.V. and Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. on Metro AG's Euros500 million bonds issuance.

The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
