NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, March 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced that TIMOTHY MCMILLAN, JR., age 43, of New Orleans, pleaded guilty on March 5, 2024 to Theft of Mail by a Postal Service employee, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1709.
