WASHINGTON, March 5 -- Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
- On Tuesday, Representative Chip Roy (R-TX-21) introduced the Let Injured Americans Be Legally Empowered (LIABLE) Act, a bill that would empower Americans to hold COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers liable for any losses their vaccines caused.
