NEW YORK, March 5 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Eko-Okna S.A., one of Europe's largest manufacturers of energy-efficient windows and doors, on a significant financing provided by a consortium of seven banks.
The funds raised via the financing, the value of which has not been disclosed, will be used to finance the construction of four new production facilities and refinance existing debt . . .
