WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Rep. Jodey Arrington, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Today, Chairman Jodey Arrington (TX-19) issued the following statement in response to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling on Texas' Senate Bill 4. SB 4, legislation which makes illegal entry into Texas a state crime, will now go into effect on March 9 unless the Supreme Court intervenes.
