WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Rep. Daniel Kildee, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congressman Dan Kildee (MI-08) today applauded the Biden Administration after it was announced by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that millions of veterans who were exposed to toxic substances during their military service will be eligible to enroll directly in VA health care. This expansion is because of the PACT Act, a new law Kildee helped pass.
