AUSTIN, Texas, March 2 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Texas issued the following news release on March 1, 2024:

A Travis County District Court today blocked the latest effort by the Texas Attorney General's Office to persecute Texas families with transgender youth, temporarily halting the attorney general's demand that PFLAG, Inc. turn over information and documents about its support of families in Texas seeking gender-affirming medical care for their transgender youth.
