INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, March 1 -- The Indiana House Republicans issued the following news release:

A bill sponsored by State Rep. Ryan Lauer (R-Columbus) to help vulnerable children find permanent homes through adoption or guardianship more quickly is on its way to the governor's desk where it could be signed into law.
