INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, March 1 -- The Indiana Senate Republicans issued the following news release on Feb. 29, 2024:
A bill authored by State Sen. Sue Glick (R-LaGrange) that would incentivize the preservation and protection of Indiana wetlands passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 93-2 Tuesday, Feb. 27.
Senate Enrolled Act 246 would create certain provisions that would allow a landowner to classify land that contains wetland as wildlands for purposes of lowe . . .
