SPOKANE, Washington, March 1 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington issued the following news release on Feb. 29, 2024:
Yesterday, Vanessa R. Waldref, the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Washington, announced that Christopher Hamilton Clemens, age 42, currently of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and formerly of Clarkston, Washington, pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Defraud the United States in connection with bribing a federal contract . . .
