WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Jahana Hayes, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
Following the conclusion of a fourth vote to extend the deadline to pass an FY2024 budget, Congresswoman Jahana Hayes released the following statement:
"Today, the House of Representatives passed a continuing resolution to avert a government shutdown. This legislation will extend government funding for six of the appropriations bills to March 8th and the remainder to March 2 . . .
