NEW YORK, Feb. 27 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Pluxee on its inaugural bond issue for an amount of Euros1.1 billion, consisting of a first tranche for an amount of Euros550 million with a maturity of 4.5 years and a 3.50% fixed coupon and a second tranche for an amount of Euros550 million with a maturity of 8.5 years and a 3.75% fixed coupon.
