DES MOINES -- U.S. Representative Zach Nunn (IA-03) today led the entire Iowa Congressional Delegation in a letter urging the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to implement its rule to approve permanent year-round sales of E15 in 2024, rather than delaying it until 2025.
