LVIV, UKRAINE - U.S. Senator Jack Reed (D-RI), the Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC), is back in Ukraine this week as part of a Congressional delegation (CODEL) led by U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY).
