WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- The Immigration Reform Law Institute issued the following news release on Feb. 22, 2024:
Last evening, a New York state appellate court sustained a lower court's invalidation of a law the New York City Council had passed giving the right to vote in city elections to aliens.
