NEWARK, New Jersey, Feb. 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on Feb. 20, 2024:
A New Jersey man whose 24-year federal prison sentence was commuted after being twice convicted of defrauding investors of a total of $230 million was indicted today with one other conspirator in another fraud scheme, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
