ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Feb. 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota issued the following news release:
A federal jury has convicted a Minneapolis man in an insider trading conspiracy involving nonpublic negotiations for the acquisition of a medical device company valued at $1.6 billion, announced First Assistant U.S. Attorney Ann M. Bildtsen.
