INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Feb. 20 -- The Indiana House Democrats issued the following news on Feb. 19, 2024:

Today (Feb. 19), Senate Bill 58 passed out of the Indiana House of Representatives. Sponsored by House Democratic Leader Phil GiaQuinta (D-Fort Wayne), SB 58 will create a definition of a "specialty or gourmet market" in Indiana code. This will allow businesses like Antonuccio's Italian Market, a Fort Wayne small business that sells a variety of Italian culinary goods . . .
