WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia issued the following news release on Feb. 16, 2024:
Ryan Parker, 24, of Washington, D.C., has been sentenced today to 12 years of incarceration for the March 2023 shooting of a man outside of Malcolm's Liquors on Minnesota Avenue NE, announced U.S. Attorney Matthew M. Graves and Chief Pamela A. Smith, of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
