ROK, U.S. Marines begin Korean Marine Exercise Program 24-1

CAMP SMITH, Hawaii, Feb. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Defense's Indo-Pacific Command issued the following news on Feb. 16, 2024:

CAMP MUJUK, Republic of Korea - U.S. Marines from Japan arrived in the Republic of Korea, Feb. 11, to participate in the latest iteration of Korea Marine Exercise Program.

The exercise is a regularly scheduled, annual training event that takes place with their ROK Marine Corps counterparts across the Korean peninsula.
