Fischer, Ricketts Welcome Infrastructure Law Grants for North Platte, Omaha Airports

WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- Sen. Deb Fischer, R-Nebraska, issued the following news release on Feb. 15, 2024:

Today, U.S. Senators Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) and Pete Ricketts (R-Neb.) welcomed the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) announcement of two major grants for Nebraska airports.

The North Platte Airport Authority will receive over $7 million to construct a replacement terminal building and replace aging infrastructure. The Omaha Airport Authority will receive $3.1 mi . . .
