Cooley advised Jackpocket, the first licensed third-party lottery courier app in the US, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by DraftKings (Nasdaq: DKNG) for $750 million . Partners Kevin Cooper and Jeff Laretto led the Cooley team advising Jackpocket.
