PHOENIX, Feb. 15 -- The Arizona House Democrats issued the following news release:
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has appointed attorney Charles Lucking of Phoenix to fill the legislative seat vacated by the recent resignation of Representative Amish Shah in Legislative District 5. Lucking, a fourth-generation Arizona native, works for Community Legal Services where he defends tenants facing eviction.
