NEW YORK, Feb. 14 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised global private investment firm Starwood Capital Group on the financing of its pound sterling800 million acquisition of a portfolio of ten hotels from Edwardian Group via an off-market transaction.
Following the acquisition, Starwood Capital's European hotel portfolio will comprise 47 hotels and approximately 10,000 rooms across Europe.
