WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Rep. Greg Stanton, D-Arizona, issued the following news release:
PHOENIX--Through his "Valentine's for Vets" initiative, now in its 5th year, Rep. Greg Stanton delivered more than 1,000 cards hand-made by Mesa Public Schools students to veterans at the Arizona State Veteran Home on Monday.
"These are love letters to our veterans," Stanton said after the visit. "It teaches these young people to have appreciation for our vet . . .
