The Indiana House of Representatives advanced legislation authored by State Rep. Tim Wesco (R-Osceola) and co-authored by State Rep. Doug Miller (R-Elkhart) to establish a cosmetology apprenticeship program to provide another pathway for Hoosiers into the profession.
