LAREDO, Texas, Feb. 13 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release on Feb. 12, 2024:

Today, U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. (TX-28) joined state and local leaders in Laredo for the groundbreaking ceremony to upgrade US 59 Loop, part of the future I-69 corridor.
