AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 9 -- The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws issued the following news release:

Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed suit against several Texas municipalities for implementing local ballot measures depenalizing marijuana possession offenses.
