Today, U.S. Congressman Michael McCaul (R-Texas) -- chairman emeritus and senior member of the House Committee on Homeland Security -- was appointed by Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) to be a manager for the Senate impeachment trial of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
